I called with questions about a possible child custody case, and although early on in our conversation, Mr.Raudt realized he could not help me due to my case being involved another state, he still took the time to talk with me and answered some basic questions I had. Attorney Raudt is a great attorney whom has clearly refined his practice around his clients needs. I am very pleased with his services and further more he is an attentive lawyer whom has designed his expertise to help each client to the best of his ability. Mr Raudt has even on many instances since my services needed followed up with me to make sure I was clearly happy or needed anything further. Mr Raudt as an attorney is affordable and will provide you with excellent services. I plan on using Mr Raudt for all future endeavors that are within his legal scope.

Terrible lawyer. Awful. He should be disbarred. Keep your sanity and go somewhere else. Preys on the innocent and then never answers calls. Told me to take the first offer, didn't turn in papers he was supposed to which lost the case for my family bc of his negligence. I will be filing a formal complaint. Run far far away he will not help you he will only hurt you.

STAY AWAY!!!! It would be better if you attempted to represent myself. It's lawyers like this that make me sick. If i could give zero stars i would have. He doesn't care about his clients at all. He messed up so many times it was almost laughable, if my case wasn't so serious. He makes jokes out of your misfortune and has no empathy towards your case. He called me John almost our entire time of meeting. He has no personable skills and will keep the conversation on his "other clients". Beware, I don't think he has any clients. He was the reason I lost my kids and lost my child custody case. He didn't give me any help during the entire seven months I had to wait for court. He gave my ex-wife months to get her stuff together, when time was the essence. He promised we'd be in court by 2 months and 7 months later we went, and if it wasn't for me turning in a crucial form it would've been another 3 months. I had to learn how to become a lawyer because he didn't know how to be one. He was too busy fraternizing with the defense attorney's and they couldn't stand him, by the way they bad mouthed him when he left the room. By that point I knew I was screwed when he's buddied up to my ex's lawyer and cared more about being their friends than actually winning my case. He failed to turn in paperwork, failed to turn in proper motions, and I had to consistently chase him around, except when he was looking for his money then he was calling like clockwork. When we first met he assured me we had it "in the bag" (which would've been the case had he actually done his job- it was a cut and dry case, an easy win) and he also said I could call whenever I wanted to, that he was my "lawyer and friend" yet whenever I called he was annoyed and talked down to me and got off the phone angrily, stating he didn't have the time to talk. Always aggressive with me. Never grateful or in a good mood. He scooped up this case, thinking he would get paid 7k and not have to do anything, and that's exactly what he did. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS "LAWYER". He prowls on innocent, law-abiding citizens who are looking to get their kids the honest way, but he doesn't know the meaning of the word. He will say whatever you need to hear to get you to believe him and then once you pay him you're stuck with someone who won't do anything to help you win, so start googling, finding books, and figuring out how to defend yourself because that would make more sense than hiring this joke. He doesn't know what he's doing and he will mess up your case. His negligence and careless actions should be reason enough for disbarment. Worst lawyer in St Johns Count hands down. I should've hired a fresh UNF grad. Maybe they would have actually known what to do. ******RUN AWAY!!!!
