It was very disappointing that I write to this firm to ask for their assistance in a real estate matter and it took for days to respond and then when finally I received a call from one of their employees and they asked me what was going on, So I explained the situation. Their response was they don't do what I was asking their help with. It was very abrupt and like I was wasting her time to explain my situation.
If you are going to offer services in Real Estate , it should be in all facets of the category, don't pick and chose your clients.
