My Wife's car had a breakdown and had to be towed to the center. Several hours and $550 later, they said it was all fixed and sent her on. 200 miles down the road, the same symptom started appearing. She made it home and our regular mechanic said they had used the wrong part and it had to be completely redone. Stay away from this place unless you can afford to fix things twice.

J's went above my expectations not only did they fix my leaking transmission in a timely manner they also fixed my u-joint for only the cost of the parts because they refused to send me down the road without my truck in perfect working condition I really appreciate the hard work and great service at j's

Like several other reviewer's, I was towed in after a break-down on I-10 about 20 miles from the shop. Had some difficulty locating the correct part for my truck but eventually found it in Odessa, TX about 80 miles away. J let me take his private vehicle and drive to Odessa, pick up the part and bring it back so they could install it. He also let me pay for the part out of pocket and only charged me labor to put it on. Everyone one at J's Service Center made me feel welcome and made a bad situation much better than it could have been. The truck is running great, thanks everyone!

J is a fantastic mechanic. We were stuck in the middle of nowhere. We had our RV to J's place. He was honest and thorough and did an amazing job. He also made us feel very welcome. I would highly recommend this facility.

Had my vehicle towed here after a breakdown. They stayed late to start the work order, and worked diligently on it for a day and a half. In the end, I had to take it to a dealer because it was an item that needed specialty work, but no issue with the customer service I received. Very fair on the bill, and even lent me their shop truck to get around. Thanks J and Joe!
