I wish I could give negative stars, I had the worst experience ever with Melissa Brimer and Kelly Mcmahan from the McMahan law office,
She was unhelpful , and I ended up losing the case because of her incompetence. I had the same results before hiring her which is teen’s court and community service hours ! So She basically did nothing and only stretched the time of the case.
we lost the case that was a sure win case; where my son was accused of running the bus stop sign by a racist cop. there was a witness and a video proving his innocence as the video did not show my son running the bus stop sign!, she told me the video does not prove or disprove anything and caused us to lose the case.
I had hired her in the first place to prove my sons innocence and yet we lost the case due to her extreme incompetence. I would never recommend her to anyone unless you want to waste you money and time.

Even in her reply to my comment; she did not even read my comment as usual. Very incompetent attorney, we had a sure win case, and she advised me that we don’t have a case even though we had a witness and a video proving my sons innocence Beyond the shadow of a doubt!!

I hired the Kelly McMahan Law firm based on other reviews I saw. I received a speeding ticket in a work zone and wanted to contest the conditions of the ticket. It was an easy flat fee to have the ticket dismissed after a short probation period. Communication with the Law office was all done via email with professional paralegals of the firm.

Recommend if you want to contest a speed with special conditions.

This was a terrible experience. My daughter got a ticket for speeding in Austin cost off 204, I found this traffic lawyer Melissa. She asked to pay her the same price as the ticket to we did. After that we haven’t heard of her and didn’t have any information on our case in a month. After a month she just emailed saying we lost the case and we have to pay the speeding ticket..... the impression was like she just took the money and didn’t do anything.... Be careful with choosing you traffic lawyer.

I had worse experience with Melissa. I paid $204 for nothing, I could of just paid off my spending ticket with out her help for the same price. She didn't give me any documents for the curt. I had all the chances to win this case, but she didn't do any thing for that. Now she dosen't answer her phone because I have a lot of questions to her, al she said in the email that I lost the case and I have 5 Deferral Offers of - pay deferral fee/court cost of $204.10 and a bunch of distant stuff. I don't recumbent this place it waist of time and money. they don't help any thing
