I was in a car accident where I was hit from behind and my car was totaled. I’ve never been in this situation before, so did not know what to do or what to expect. Mr. Robson came to meet with me. He explained everything they were going to help me with my case. I did not have to worry about anything. They did all the work and handled the insurance people. I first contacted the Robson Law Firm when I had an issue with a company that had reneged on a promise to pay for my damaged Jeep SRT. You see, this guy hit me from behind in his work truck. We exchanged info, but he wanted me to hold off on filing a claim with his insurance because his rates would go up. His company would pay for the damage, he said. I'm a nice guy, so I said OK.
BIG MISTAKE! DON'T BE A NICE GUY!

I got an estimate from my dealer's body shop and sent it to the company in Dallas. They said OK-go ahead and fix it and they would reimburse me. So I had the Jeep fixed, put it on my credit card, and sent the company the bill. The company refused to pay it! Luckily, I still had their insurance information, so I filed with the insurance company. I had to get the before photos from the body shop, and after weeks of fighting, the insurance company also refused to pay even a penny!

I was frustrated, so I called Chris Robson, whom I had met through church. One letter from Mr. Robson and that check was in the mail. I don't know what Mr. Robson wrote in that letter, but he got immediate results.

Chris Robson never talked down to me. He never treated me like an idiot. He never told me that I messed up, even though I knew I had. Mr. Robson really cared about me and my case.

I've got another wreck I'm dealing with now, and I've already hired Mr. Robson to take care of it for me.
