Archuleta Law Firm was great in representing myself and my family in the wrongful death of my husband. It's been a lot of ups and downs for us , but they came thru for my family. It's not about the money as much. A form of justice was served on behalf of my late husband. I would recommend this firm to anyone who has been neglected by our VA system. Hope and pray others wont need it, but that's not real.

We contacted Michael Archuleta about a case that we felt had merit. We found him to be very thorough, thoughtful, and genuinely interested in understanding our claim. Michael and his carefully assembled team of experts performed a very thorough investigation of our claim. Following the conclusion of the investigation, he did not take our case, not because we were not harmed, but because there was not adequate quantitative evidence to bring to a court of law and win. Michael kept us updated throughout the investigation and was transparent about the case’s merit. We would absolutely contact The Archuleta Law Firm if we were in need of representation in the future, as his forthrightness and straight talk earned our trust.
They treated us with respect and not just a potential money bag.
They always kept us informed if the status if our claim. They were always there for us to answer any questions or concerns and never once made us feel like we were bothering them.
When the settlement was offerred they did not pressure us, explained all of our options and gave us plenty if time to make up our minds.
You will NOT find someone to represent you that is better to work with than this firm.

Tells me the case sounds good over the phone and requests the paperwork. A few weeks later I receive the paperwork back with a letter from them saying that because I attempted suicide it the past, it’s acceptable for the VA to be abusive and deceitful to me now. Any questions, I’d be glad to post a copy of their response. I was horrified to get the impression from them that this treatment is acceptable despite all of there’s claims to help vets.

Racist. Advertizes for veterans who have been harmed by VA, then lists several examples. My injuries from VA are exactly the same as his examples, yet this dishonest person refuses to even speak with me, or take my calls.
He made an offer on line, I accepted. He refused to consider and refuses to state why.
This is false advertising and fraud. I was injured on active duty in Middle East while serving with 5th Special Forces Group.
He's a coward in my book if afraid of the truth, ignorant if afraid to discuss his decision openly and honestly. It means that he is not proud of his biases and dishonesty and too weak to confront same. Not a man in my book.
It's fraud and unlawful business practices for false advertising.
Do not trust this coward. He is of very weak character. bank
Submitting complaint to State Bar for same as above.

What and experience I have had with Michael and his team. They truly put everything they had into my case. Nothing happens over night, but when the smoke cleared and you think it's all over, they jumped in and say they think they can get more. They went back to the table with the VA lawyers and scored even more out of the settlement. I learned a lot from all this. It's a long process, but I couldn't have found a better law firm to help me through it.

“Amazing people who truly care for clients. From day one to settlement we were treated with genuine compassion and respect. If your claim is legitimate Michael Archuleta will exhaust every resource to hold the government accountable. Throughout the Tort claim process the firm went to great lengths to ensure a successful outcome while keeping us informed, and educated us about the process. The firm is highly professional, knowledgeable, and passionate about helping clients. We can’t thank them enough. At the conclusion we had a positive outcome placing accountability to those who created the negligence. It is my opinion that we were represented by the only legal team capable of achieving such an amazing outcome. We feel truly blessed and would recommend Archuleta Law Firm to anyone injured while receiving negligent government medical care. We thank everyone at the Archuleta law firm.

I would highly recommend this firm. They did not take my case, but they were very informative and responsive. They sent a very detailed letter clearly explaining their situation and they were very comforting to me and my family. Thank you for caring.

Bad customer service experience a few minutes ago. The last informed me that they were by themselves, seemed very short. The feedback does not seem to match what they advertise. I am sure there’s going to be a nasty response to this but just being honest and up front. First of all when you have a veteran that’s dealing with many things please have somebody nice and that seems to care that answers the phones. I am not angry, nor posting anything false. I noticed the responses to the other reviews seemed to always say something bad about the one posting. Anyone can say that they are passionate or compassionate. Actions speak louder than words!

My family and I cannot say enough good things about this firm! From the moment I called them to discuss our potential case, until the checks were delivered, Michael and Marion were professional, caring and dedicated to helping us successfully navigate our TORT case. I highly recommend their services if you have a solid case!

We have never been clients! My husband has a good case. The woman on the phone declined his case saying, "it hasn't been open or on going long enough". Im not sure how long you expected someone to be neglected for and deal with malpractice before you will help someone. By the way the incident has to be filed within 2 years or you cant file, under the guidelines of a tort law. He has had 4 major surgeries. 2 while enlisted and 2 in the last 2 years at the va. The last one has left him barely able to walk at only 32 years old, with a 5 inch incision. The incision (from Jan 25th 2019) has been opened back up. Its been open for 3 weeks now and the va has done nothing to help him. We were just there on friday and they sent him home with 2 holes in his leg saying its fine. One is an inch big by the way. This has been going on for 9 years. January of 2019 he finally got a diagnosis, thanks to me, from the chief of surgery. No one at this hospital could figure out what he has. I did 2 years ago. We called archuleta for a federal tort claim. People at the va told us to file for this and archuleta was suggested. Va workers told us we are not the first to have issues with the chief of surgery at va Loma Linda hospital in California, and have lots of evidence against multiple doctors. We reached out for help. The woman who he talked to originally, didn't take down the information correctly, as stated before. He was trying to tell her that was incorrect. She refused to listen, because she already stated that the case is decline. This is when he got upset, a bit loud and informed her hes going to write a bad review and he did. That is not a threat. He voiced his opinion of how he was treated. Its very sad to see the negative response coming from the owner that didn't happen.
It's really funny that in the response below the owner says my husband and I are angry. They never talked to me once to accuse me of anything. As I explained before, my husband got upset because the woman didnt get the information correctly. He told her she was wrong and informed her about a bad post. Then instead of calling to actually call and find out the truth, they make accusations . I'm 100% sure they didnt even read my post and just started writing. Hahahaaaaa

Wasted my time with these people The guy in the YouTube video says he cares about veterans and their families yet I got nowhere with these people. I have contacted my local congressman because I've had malpractice negligence and misdiagnoses along with not getting a timely diagnoses for a rare skin disease I have and all this is against the VA... My leg surgery in my groin which is 5 inches long has came open and I've been to the VA 2 days in a row to get no help my surgey was in Jan smh - Marine Corps Veteran
