I went to Ron Butler when I received a Boating while intoxicated on Lake Travis. This was after one of the big shot attorneys in downtown Austin wanted money up front and cancelled on my appointment time twice. Mr. Butler did an excellent job of collecting my video, reviewing it with me and filing the necessary paper work. After his discussion with the district attorney I was given community service and just a 1 year probation. I was very satisfied and if I ever need an attorney again (I've learned my lesson on drunk driving) I would use him again.

My wife and I first contacted Ron Butler's office at the height of our financial crisis. With the current housing market, we were unable to sell our St. Louis home after a move to Austin. The burden of two mortgages and overwhelming credit card debt, amidst other family issues, brought us to our knees. Having been "model bill payers" for over 30 years it was quite an embarrassing and humbling experience to undergo. However, from our very first visit to Mr. Butler's office we were greeted with warm, professional, uplifting insight and advice. We so appreciated the way Mr. Butler and his paralegal Amy Riewe made us feel valued and took away the ominous "end of the world" we're having to declare bankruptcy feeling. The savvy experience Mr. Butler possesses and personal, empathetic manner in which Amy addressed our situation has brought a tremendous amount of comfort to us. Hey, if anyone out there is feeling the burden of financial upheaval CHECK THESE GUYS OUT! They were a Godsend for us!!
