I went in for an office consultation, and not only did Mr. Kleinhans help me figure out a plan for enforcement , he helped me see things from the courts point of view. I was able to realize the long term effects of each action I could take. His experience was notable and he relates to his clients so personally with even remembering having spoken to me two years prior on the telephone. He is so upfront and honest about his fees. Very rude and inconsiderate

I was involved in a very contentious custody disagreement and needed an attorney quickly, I reached out to several law firms on Thumbtack but was having a hard time connecting with anyone. I made an appointment with The Law Office of Kleinhans Gruber and from my first consultation with Keith Kleinhans, I felt at ease and confident going into the battle ahead. Keith was honest, upfront and informative about what my expectations should be as we proceeded into the custody suit. My case was a little out of the ordinary in that my ex immediately filed a geographic restriction on myself and our son because I was hoping to move from Austin (where my son had lived since birth) to my hometown of College Station; so we had to quickly prepare for a temporary hearing. After hiring Keinhans Gruber, I met with Kim Kleinhans to prepare for my temporary hearing and she made me feel so at ease, honestly she felt like part of my family. Temporary hearings really don't give you any time to prepare but Kim drilled down on every detail to help my case, I knew it was a long shot but going into court, I felt hopeful. Kim's representation in court made the opposing counsel look ill prepared and ridiculous, she was professional and detail oriented the entire hearing. I found myself in a custody case that I clearly was not prepared for. I attended mediation without representation and agreed to things I should not have agreed to and it could not be changed. I posted a question on Avvo to see how to proceed since I did not have the financial means to hire an attorney. Kim sent me a message and basically said to let her handle this while I concentrated on my son. The following day I spoke with Keith and he was so patient and answered all my questions. He provided options for me to be able to afford their representation. I did so and have never regretted it for a moment.
