The lawyer refuses to provide an itemized statement, return the file and refund the remaining balance paid after firing the lawyer and making several requests. For no less than 3 months the lawyer went completely missing. If you want your case to move, you may want to retain a more responsive and competent attorney. A full year was wasted on this one with nothing to show.
