Never been involved in an injury case. I loved the professionalism of this entire staff in the firm. The lawyer was calm experienced didn't act pushy or promise ridiculous things. The whole process was easy and smooth, best thing is they did all the work! I just had to sign a few papers give a few documents. No ambulance chaser type of firm and they did great! Honestly was expecting maybe $2000 ended up over $6,000! Very happy!

If I could give 0 stars then I would. I definitely was not happy with my services. After being told to go to the chiropractor and never miss any appointments, I was later told that I wasn't entitled to anything due to the driver not being insured. So then I was stuck with a 2,000 chiropractor bill on top of some other fees I was sure I would have to pay. I didn't understand why that information about the uninsured driver wasn't told to me in the many times I emailed and called them. I was told to pay collection agencies the fees they were looking for due to my medical bills and I also was told to send documentation. At the end of the day, my injury was used to help advance a chiropractor's business. I felt used and was extremely disappointed. Do your research before going with them. I followed the law and was injured yet I HAD TO PAY?!!?!?!? Texas needs to do better with these laws!!! Extremely not happy!

My attorney Linh was great! She was patient with me and helped me throughout this journey. After the car accident I was very nervous over the phone(to the point I wouldn’t answer), she accommodated and let me go by email. A couple months ago my Dad was involved in a really bad car accident, he was sent to the hospital and his truck was also completely totaled. They told her they would get her different amounts of settlements and changed the person handling her case more than twice.

I would highly recommend this law firm. I was involved in an accident where the other driver pulled out into traffic and I hit him going 55mph. Linh Thai got me the medical treatment I needed without me having to pay until my case was settled.

The case worker for my husbands case never returns calls. I've been calling him for the past 2 weeks. It would be nice to know what's going on. It's very annoying. Especially my husband's lawyer. Today is the 2nd message I left him and still hasn't called me back the last message. Which was a long time ago, since I can't remember now. Funny part is that when I'm waiting to get transferred the message form Wayne wright says we return your calls promptly. SMH, definitely not recommending this place.

The whole process was lengthy. I anticipated this due to the nature of the incident. I was 7 months pregnant and was hit by another driver and sent into pre-term labor. They are taking forever to complete my case. I call and never can talk to my lawyer, the assistant never returns my call. All I would like is to get updates every now and again. But I am sure when they get there cash they will be calling me. I am very unhappy with the customer service.
