My daughter and I were in a car wreck, that was not my fault. Luckily we both were not seriously injured. However there were hospital/doctor visits and when the bills started coming in, I realized how overwhelming it all was. I went in for a consultation and left feeling like they simply wasted my time. The lawyer I spoke with had only tried three personal injury cases he admitted. Not the sharpest tool in the shed... he seemed to be hung up on proving liability when I kept telling him over and over I have a dash cam video that proves everything. I have gotten into a car accident on April 2015. Comes to find out my car is totaled March 2016! And all this firm can do is give me less than 2000 for my personal injury which is including my kids!
They were asking if I was satisfied and of course I am NOT satisfied.
The lawyer said because I couldn't continue with the treatment they couldn't help but when I asked the laywer if they can pay me for not working which was 6000 he clearly said no! So why would I skip work and go to my treatment and loose everything? It just doesn't make sense!
I would never use this law firm again and I am not satfised! I can't believe they have the nerve to send me an email and asking IF I had a positive experience then I should write a review...well too bad I'm going to write a negative one because their service is horrible.

This law firm never contacted us after our initial interview. We did not know that they were proceeding with our case. We pursued them only to find out that our injuries were not significant enough for them to take our case although they contacted the insurance company that represented the hotel where we fell. Then they mailed us a letter saying they were no longer representing us but it was addressed to another client. There is absolutely no professionalism at this law firm. Unless you have a "big money" case, do not bother.
