We highly recommend JoAnn and the staff. They were very professional. JoAnn helped with a mediation and was able to listen to both sides and help negotiate where both parties agreed.

I read all the reviews to prepare myself and thought that it will be a common ground settlement, though the office on its own have a lot of positive encouragement. As a conclusion, I think there was a lot of bias statement. It felt like voicing an opinion was less likely to being heard. Yes it was mediation, however the mediation turned out to be more favorable to the other party. it is really upsetting that after everything that occurred, the settlement was reached in the other party favor. This comment is in regard to a sensitive case. instead of being understood i was giving example as to how other people have it different than my situation. I paid to hear about another person case. I think i waste my money and my time. The outcome was not what i expected especially when there were delicate situations which occurred. I wonder if the systems always need a tragedy in other for the system to be able to understand or wrap a case accordingly to how it is suppose to. overall i had a horrible experience.
