He's rude, he will raise his voice at you, because he doesn't want to listen to you. He will only go with the other attorney's ideas and misrepresent you as his client. One more thing, he always makes excuses for his rudeness.

Mr. Peckham has been my attorney for over two years and at all times has acted in a professional and ethical manner. My real estate/tax situation was very complicated and he continued his representation vigorously.

- He charged $5000 to represent me in small claims court and lost my case.
- His specialty is bankruptcy, and now I know how he get’s all his business; after suffering from his negligence and poor representation, I’m faced with a situation where I have to sell my home to avoid filing bankruptcy.
