This law firm has mishandled my mom's case for almost a year and nothing prevailed. They had her going to therapy but when it came time for surgery, they advised against it as they didn't think it would be covered in the injury suit. my mother has a chronic condition and a new condition that resulted from her injury, both occurring on her hand. After speaking with a paralegal today, he stated she should have filed an incident report with the metro bus company. She's not an employee, the lawyer should have figured that out in the beginning. How's she supposed to be omniscient and know that? I wouldn't recommend this firm to anyone else. She's lost potential wages and earnings as a result of the delayance and incompetence in managing her case. They have been giving her the rum around and she's been compliant in their run around the whole time and yet it's a cold case.
