I had been struggling to get my licence for years. i had gotten a DWI and they had put an interlock on my record when I didn't even use one during probation. It was just a big mess. So, I called this place because I have a surplus of toll charges from my vehicle not being registered to my EZ tag. I was working with Vicki, she's extremely helpful and nice and seemed as if she'd be able to help after I explained the situation. I started typing out the whole story, but it's going to be way too long.
To make this short, they told me they'd call me back at a certain time and I'd hear nothing back from them, so I'd call to try and get an update, the process would repeat. The last time I called to get an update, I talked to one of the other ladies who answers the phones, and she was extremely rude..like I have never experienced that amount of unprofessional behavior. If you do want to call them, try to only get the direct number of the person you're working with, because after the conversation I had with that person I was fuming mad and don't even want to deal with them anymore

Legal License Specialists is a great company. They go above and beyond what they need to do. Everyone doesn't know how to file petitions and obtain the many documents the court request. I also do not know how to get rid of my own fines and Surcharges they are great and they are a big help. I know you can't please everyone because i deal with people at my job that can be hard to deal with but they are patient and they deliver for a very Low cost. I am pleased with LLS Services.

Payed 690$ got sent to the wrong court.
I went to the right court and asked them what I could do to get occupational drivers license all I had to pay was 56$ they did all paper work for me and got my occupational the next day.
A Wanna be specialist is not required you can do it on your own for less money.
Still never received documents for the right county. And still can’t get my money back.
Paid 690$ for nothing

These guys (and gals) are very pleasant and seem genuinely concerned to help resolve license recoveries. Although it took a very long time (3 1/2 months), they finally came through: License Reinstated, and All Fees Waived. I don't see how Ms. Vicky maintained herself when I got angry over the phone. Vicki was very helpful with my liscense..it took 9 months but I have it..she kept saying she didnt recieve my papers I dont know how many times..so it took for ever..Frederico paid almost 1000 and didnt receive his hard copy..

When I was first told at this company I was so worried it was a scam! So I waited a few weeks but when i seen the work they had done with my sister I called them right a way to get started. I haven't had my license in years due to HIGH surcharge and tickets but when I was contacted with a zero balance I was so excited but I never thought it was possible! I was very worried they were a scam.. me and my fiancés licenses were suspended and something we just put off for ever being that it's so time consuming and expensive to deal with all of it. My fiancé Corey found this company and I told him I wasn't sure it sounded to good to be true. So he did just his at first and had over 2,000$ in surcharges he only paid 250$ to start the process and ended up getting them zeroed out he only had to pay to take the drivers tests so another 25$ and he's now a licensed driver! So I had to eat my words and let ms.Vicky do mine as well my surcharges weren't nearly that high around 800$ and they got them zeroed out as well!.. I'm waiting to go and take my test but couldn't wait to wright a review! I hate that this company isn't more main stream everyone should know about this place and trust that they will help in all ways that they can! I'm more than thankful and impressed!

I was kinda of scared to start the process because I've heard bad things about these types of company's. But Lorenzo have been a great help and he is really making this process worry free. He assured me that he will do every thing in his power to make the process successful and that all that i ask for. His communication is amazing because when i need him hes always there to answer my question.

I went to Legal License Specialists for help with my license I had allot of surcharges and fines. I attempted on my own to get a license it is allot of legal paperwork involved and other documents I needed. I was unsuccessful. So I went to them and they help me get a license right away for allot cheaper than an attorney. They also helped me get my surcharges fines and reinstatement fees reduced. I would recommend this company to anybody they are great people.

This was the single biggest waste of money I have ever had the misfortune with which to deal. All they did was file petition which come to find out I could have done myself for $41...much less than the $800 I gave to Legal License Specialists! Four months later the original order, which I picked up myself and paid the court for, has expired and I still have no license. Went to county courthouse and got new order and talked to DPS myself...will have my license FINALLY in 14-21 days. Filed with BBB. Don't make this mistake...do it yourself and save about $750!
