ABSOLUTELY THE WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH, They will purposely withholding information from you to stretch out and kind of opportunity of Paying any debt owed. And FYI they are a watered down version of a lawyers office. Debt collection agency

I went through wage garnishment because of being sued by this group for a debt. I completed the garnishment. They took more than the garnishment total. Once I contacted the courthouse I was told that Eaton group said "there are more fees" with no explanation. I called Eaton group and cannot get a returned call. They owe me $300 and are telling BR Court I still owe $55 but will NEVER return my call. This "business" is the epitome of bottom feeding scum. They charge ridiculous fees then change the amount once paid.

Literally been trying to pay my debt for over two years. The automated service loops back to main menu after trying to make a payment. It doesn't let you even talk to an agent .I just want to get it off my credit report!!!

I know - another complaint about these jerks not answering the phone is pointless. These guys are worse than bottom feeders and need to be reported to the bar association for shady practices.

I'm being sued by Eaton group of baton rouge,la. I've been calling repeatedly to make an offer but have never gotten through to anyone. Once I was able to leave my name & number but never received a return call. I feel I'm being forced into court so a judgement will be granted & they get what they're demanding. I refuse to sign the consent judgement but I'm terrified my wages will be garnished & account frozen . For such a huge group this is operated very poorly & unprofessional.

Poor service, even poorer response time. Still owes me money. Terrible terrible! Incompetent people and never returns calls. Attorneys are slow, paper work sits on desk for weeks

No due process notifications, just get a crooked judge to sign an order, without a hearing of any type, and then they send you a copy of the order. the SCUM of the earth, but they will get their due for the way they do people.

This law office is the worst. They never return phone calls and they don’t follow the state law for community property. I had been trying reach them for 3 years regarding an old credit card no avail. I even requested 3 different letters of validation but I have yet to receive them. They later filed a petition for garnishment of my wages even after I had been making payments and they never had me served to dispute the matter in court. I found out that they lied to the judge saying they had me served under Art 1313 where they should have required my signature for certified mail. I never got anything. In fact, the address they claimed to mail it to was outdated yet the creditor had the correct address. I had to complain to the creditor explaining that the law office was being uncooperative to get the attorney, Greg Eaton, to call me back. When he called me, he had the worst attitude and he was completely dismissive regarding the fact that they illegally placed a garnishment on my wages and had fail to communicate with me about my account for the past 3 years. He told me send him a proposal in writing to request that it be removed but then he responded later saying that my proposal was denied but he didn’t explain why. Then he disappeared for a week. I called the creditor back to complain again and the supervisor said that the staff at the law office lied and said that THEY were the ones who couldn’t get in touch with me. The creditor even requested that the garnishment be removed and they are still refusing to do it. These people are completely unethical and unlawful. If your debt ends up at this law office, request that a different one handle it because they will royally screw you over.

This company is a glorified collection agency. They use scare tactics and prey on young people that are not knowledgeable and do not fully understand that even though they defaulted, they still have rights. They impose wage garnishments without taking into consideration disposable income. This company's practices are unethical to say the least. I would give no stars for this company, but you can't post unless you click at least 1 star.

Know just what the folks before me are talking about. Can't afford a attorney so you get screwed in court by these and other jackals like them. What is wrong with politicians who vote to let these sorry ass excuses for human beings to trash their constituents like this.

First contact I had with them the phone call started with them stating it would be recorded, asked for me by name, then proceeded to ask me to verify my identity with my SSN before even citing who they were or why they were calling me. I refused to give them my SSN and when I asked who they were they lady had to backtrack to give her name and the law groups. I thought it was a scam. Turns out these scumbags are suing me now. Nothing but junk debt lawyers.

Terrible company

It is very hard to get in contact with anyone that is able to respond to any questions. I'm more disappointed in myself for allowing a bill of mine to reach this company since June 2015 I have not spoken to anyone in this company which is sad. The receptionist can not answer any questions and the contact that I have for this company I have yet to speak to voice-mail after voice-mail. Sad you can't contact them but I bet if I stop making their payments they would have my wages garnished. Unprofessional to say the least.

I've called and left voicemail messages and I have waited pass the 24 hour return time that they stare on their voicemail when they will return your call and they never return your calls. This is very unprofessional and frustrating to say the least.

I've calling this company for WEEKS to speak to somebody, and no one ever answers or responds to my voice messages I have left. To be a law group, I see this to be VERY unprofessional.
