James McGee helped me thru some very hard times with tax issues that other attorneys couldn't comprehend. He's extremely knowledgeable and a strait shooter. I highly recommend him !

The worst place to use I went to these people with full confident that they ensured me with a wound up wasting four years and a lot of money and no results and ended up in a worse position than stated do not use them!!!!!

I called for a “free” consultation, was told a scheduler would get back to me. Never got a call. Two weeks later called again and let them know no one had called. Receptionist asked if I wanted someone to call me and I declined.

Definitely not on "my side". Sided with the tax authority at every turn. Never dealt with the main attorney except at first meeting. A very bad experience where I was not represented fully while the "other side" was openly praised. It was totally bizarre and cost me a fortune.

Jimmy McGee is fantastic, I thought I was never going to see the light at the end of the tunnel. But he took care of everything and ended up working out a deal that works for me. My problems began years back when I hired people that I trusted were handling my business appropriately with tax filings, etc. only to find out that things were not handled and I needed outside help.
I was embarrassed to even discuss the large tax debt that had accumulated. I felt at ease almost immediately upon sitting down with the attorney. He helped my staff to navigate through the process of what we need to do to stay out of future trouble. And best yet, he was able to get me into a payment plan with much of the interest and penalties I had settled out. It didn’t happen overnight but I guess the government does not move as fast if they aren’t getting to shut you down. His staff is friendly and very helpful.Highly recommend. These folks were very nice and understanding. I though my problems were really bad but once I met Mr. McGee I was able to relax and I realized that my problems could be fixed. He and his staff helped me past this and got us a good settlement. Most importantly they were all very understanding and kept me informed on what was going on. I would definitely use this firm again but I hope I never have any more tax problems.
