The receptionist was very unprofessional. I’m looking for a family law attorney and that’s what I typed into google and his name popped up. The receptionist answered the phone sounding like she was shuffling papers everywhere. Wouldn’t give me her undivided attention and said he doesn’t have time for child support cases because they’re too complicated. Go figure.

On my house.. tell me the chapter 7 would take care of my Bills.... six years later the company from California calls me and tell me the loan balance was $62,642 . Jay Casey his final remarks was a ..I reckon you go have to pay it he ain’t nothing but a joke

I chose him because I knew him when he was an insurance salesman yrs ago. He did my bankruptcy and it was done but there were judgments that were not on there . I was going to get my house refinanced and judgments show up, now I cannot get refinanced til they are removed. I called Jay and he assured me that he would take care of this and there was no problem removing them and there was always a solution and these things happen and all he had to do was reopen case and talking to judge. I have sent him paperwork of my bankruptcy and judgments. I have called and called left messages over and over 30 times.I spoke to him on a Sunday afternoon and he told me he would put it into action. Nothing has been done , he won’t call me back , I have sent text message to him, called office left message with his with his assistant nobody calls me back so this is not right . I am still hoping that I get this taking care of . First time I contacted him was on 11/18 and now it’s April 8 2019. I keep sending text message and he’s ignoring me, when you pay for a service I expect it to be done right , and if a problem it should be fixed.Still as of this day he still ignores me very un professionable He could of at least told me he wasn’t going to do or if it cost anything else.I guess it’s true what they say. They don’t care after it’s over. Even as of this date MAY 2 still nothing I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE....... ......... I WOULD MOT RECOMMEND....IF YOU DO MAKE SURE YOUR DOUBLE CHECK EVERYTHING DEPENDING ON CASE.

I will never recommend him to anyone. We have a high bankruptcy payment that we can barely afford ,thanks to him . He is very unorganized . He is suppose to represent you but acts like he is against you in court.

I'm not sure if it is the amount of money in his bank account that is causing him to exhibit such outrageous behavior, or if his mother didn't raise him properly, but I would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. William Casey speaks to his 82 year old receptionist with such blatant disrespect that it is apparent he lacks humanity. He spins around the office like a tornado, wrecking everything and everyone in his path with no concern for the clients present. I applaud the staff who work diligently and kindly for the clients, in spite of William Casey's chaos.

Awful , I do not recommend him even if he were the last man on earth. He has completely messed up a situation that was inevitable. He tried to do something he was no where near qualified to do. NOW my family is in an awful situation that cannot be helped legally at all! Just because he was completely irresponsible with a man who trusted him.
