Knowledgeable and experienced attorney

Mr. Griffith and his staff are the best in and out of the courtroom. Mr. Griffith sat down with us after hours on many evenings when technically he was "off the clock" and if ever he was not available he made sure to contact us by phone or his wonderful office manager did so. He sat next to us in court so we were not terrified about the process. He made sure to talk to us after court so we understood what happened and what was next to come. He treated us with respect and kindness when he could have just taken our money like so many other criminal attorneys. His help was the difference between me hugging my son and him being about to graduate soon and him being behind bars with his future ruined. And if you have any question of the caliber if the attorney you are hiring, when we were in court one day the judge said I see we have a very well respected attorney in our presence and asked Mr Griffith to come up and actually asked him his thoughts and advice on a case for which he was not the counsel. Very rude man. I Called him because one of his clients told me to so that he could situate a situation about prell auto air off new warrington. While trying to explain to him what the problem was off rip he was being defensive. Every time I spoke he would talk over me. I told him I wasnt trying to cause problems that i just wanted him to listen before he jumped to conclusion so that he can fix the problem. Long story short he is a very rude person and he also hung up on me twice.

Don't waste your money! This guy is about as a bad as a public defender. He represented a loved one and we could never get in touch in with him. Every time we called, his assistant would say he was in court. He couldn't even spare five minutes to talk to my relative regarding his case. He is very condescending and doesn't even care that he is unprofessional. I would keep looking around if I were you. For two years he's been "defending" my relative and in that two years, they might have spoken all of 3 or 4 times.

What a professional!! A young person, for whom I care dearly, made a mistake that could have landed him in prison for five years, with a felony on his record to boot. Needless to say, we were distraught and needed the very best attorney we could find in the Pensacola area...that was Michael Griffith. Michael certainly knows what he is doing and his staff kept me informed all along the way with letters of upcoming court dates and full disclosure of all materials pertaining to the case. He was always available for discussion of the case, either immediately or with a timely returned call. If you're looking for an attorney who fully understands the legal system and how to handle a client's case for the best outcome, that's Michael. In the end, with Michael's skilled negotiations, the felony was reduced to a misdemeanor and the young person was given the option of probation or to serve a short sentence and have no probation. It was a totally unbelievable outcome, considering the result that could have been.
