Called these people for a Consolation.... haven’t received a call back or anything.. this is the 2nd week.

Knowledgeable, professional, prepared, and hard working. Great staff as well. It took several years, but eventually reached a fair and favorable outcome although not as favorable as we hoped, in regard to a child support review and visitation modification case with a difficult ex -wife. Does a great job sticking to the facts of the case and the law which applies. He Does a decent job explaining the process and our strategy along the way.

I also feel duked for Stephen to write me a check for services rendered and even write paid in full on the memo but because I didnt show up on that Saturday he cancelled his check which I had cashed at paxton farm center ,then 2months later he acts as though hes going to make good on it and takes the farm center a 500$ check after cancelling the 1250.00 check about 750 short so stay away from quail timber plantation,better known as ripoff ranch around paxton

Stephen Holman’s office was very professional and very helpful. Consultations and advice were spot on and well worth the investment. Justin understood my goals and worked hard to achieve them. I used them years ago and got screwed.. I paid 3200 and he was not aggressive at all and I ended up over paying child support for three years.. He said it was based off my income so I trusted him... 3 yrs later my X took to to Modification and the judge found no reason that I should have been paying the amount I was paying.... paid 600 a month for three yrs when I should have only been paying 140.... Had my X not have taken me to modification to get more money I wouldnt have known.....

Excellent legal services

I decided to use Stephen about a year ago bc I wanted to make sure I would always be in my children's lives and to put myself on child support to do the right thing. I now have a warrant for my arrest for failure to appear or pay bc when I called the attorney, I paid several thousands of dollars to do basically nothing, and asked them why they told me I could handle it privately and not thru the system I was told for the fourth time that was correct. I told them I was just issued a warrant and then I was told that they did their job and its my problem, in a nutshell. I have never in my life felt so ripped off and I deal with CAR DEALERS everyday!!!!This place should be shamed and closed....RIP OFF!!!!!!!!!!

Mr. Holman represented me in a petition to relocate with my child. I can't say enough great things about him AND his support staff. They ALL were there to advise & answer my questions, and pro-active with document filings. He and his team have continued to follow up on 'loose ends'. Mr. Holman TRULY has CHILDREN'S BEST INTERESTS at heart.
