Don't understand what conflict of interest means

A team that's always welcoming and willing to go the extra mile. After a long hard fought battle back and forth with the VA clinic and records to get the lein reduced and fought against we are getting close and close to to being complete with a fair decision on both parts. DO NOT TRUST THIS LAW FIRM!! I wish I could give them a negative star for ever dollar they cost me!!
I can't believe how bad they screwed me! It is a very long story so I will spare you all the details. He charged me $27,000 to give me a $27,000 loan. Yes you read that right, LOAN!
I told them this was a lawsuit against the 3rd party and I was not going to go after workers comp. I knew that a workers comp lawsuit would end with me losing my job and my workers comp benefits.(Which I will need costly treatment for the rest of my life due to my condition)
As part of my settlement they made an agreement with workers comp, that I would pay 60% of all future medical! They did not disclose this to me during my lawsuit. I found out 3 months after the lawsuit was finalized.
When I was having Stellate Ganglion Block weekly @ $5,000 each and medications that cost over $1,000 a month, 60% was out of my reach.
So I had to secure another attorney to try to clean up their mess to no avail. I lost my job and my insurance. Workers comp even considered the $27,000 I received from my first settlement part of my new settlement.
On top of the financial problems that they cost me, my condition is made worse by stress. You can't imagine the stress and pain this law firm has cost me! DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!

I know many Attorneys in Pensacola. In 2015, a person ran through a stop sign in a school zone and ran into me going the posted speed limit. I was pushed off the asphalt street into a curb landing. The witnesses telephoned the 911 ambulance; they took me to the hospital where X-ray and a MRI on my neck was completed. My doctor fused four neck discs into two disc. When I was able, I called Joe Zarzaur. It was late Sunday, and I didn’t expect to speak directly to Mr. Zarzaur. He personally answered my call. He asked me a hundred questions. He also said he can certainly help me recover. This case was so professionally handled by Joe and his huge staff of competent people that I immediately knew I was where I needed to be. The other insurance company made it a miserable experience but Joe knew the “ropes”. Short story long, if you are hurt in an automobile wreck caused by another, the only Attorney you should call, in my opinion, is Joe Zarzaur. He answered my call and settled my case admirably.
