LBWB handled the closing of our home in the fall of 2019 in exemplary fashion. We were out of state clients, LBWB were there for us every bit of the way. The communication from the team was always on point and promptly responded to. Because of the nature of our closing we had to have several extra documents drawn up and everything was spot on. If I could leave a zero, I would. Horrible company. Extremely rude and GREEDY. After they receive their money and the transaction is done, they are done with you. Will not even offer the aid I was asking for which was a simple phone number. I was told not to contact their offices again because their obligations were fulfilled. .. In other words, we have your money, we are through with you. No words can fully express my discontent.

They only represent landlords.. im being illegally evicted. Personally you are trash if you dont work for people being wronged. Not recommended to anyone!
