Apparently, because her assistant didn’t think the mediation would get resolved (because it was Laura Keene and Michael Guttmann as attorneys) the assistant had made personal plans.
Instead of addressing it with her assistant, her attitude with the parties became irritable and impatient to the point where it became difficult to bring yourself to negotiate more or ask anything. Her attitude was unprofessional.

Alternative could have been to put her own fingers on the keyboard and start typing the agreement, however, she just kept saying “im worried Im going to lose her to time.”
