Ms. Bailey is the best Family Law Attorney that I can imagine to exist. It is difficult for me to not sound dramatic, because she literally saved my life and future. After seven long years of trying to come to some “reasonable,” or more appropriately, “possible,” marital settlement agreement with my very difficult and unreasonable spouse, including two rounds with one Attorney and an additional Attorney, she came to my rescue. She took the time to get to know every detail of my case history, as well as me, personally. She carefully, and repeatedly, assessed my wishes and tolerances. She then relentlessly defended my rights as a father, my legal financial rights and my personal reputation. She skillfully negotiated the best possible and manageable outcomes for both my parenting plan and marital settlement agreement. My case was at the point of seeming like there was no other option but to go to trial, which Ms. Bailey had absolutely no fear or reservation about, by the way. However, given any possibility of reaching an agreement, I requested that she first attempt one last time to reason with the unreasonable. The opposing team included a zero sum game, purely money driven, and anti-fatherhood spouse, and her outrageously expensive unethical opposing Attorney. This opposing team had previously removed my children from my custody, then restricted my parenting access further, effected her illegal distant relocation, during an active divorce petition, manipulated my own parents/other siblings against me and changed the venue (County) in hopes of further using the system against me. Impossibly, through all that was stacked against me, Ms. Bailey changed the tides. We did not go to a trial. Instead, she miraculously negotiated a better than would have ever been imagined end to my seven years of hell. I thank God for her every day. She is the real Lawyer that seemed impossible before I was so lucky to meet her. In terms of expense, she was way more than reasonable for the service she provided. She did not waste one dollar of the fees she charged, period. I believe she would be the best advocate and Family Law Attorney to retain for any Client’s divorce circumstance. I wish I could rate her higher than five stars. Thank you.
