Hired this office after struggling on my own case and was so hopeful for help. They were often hard to reach and difficult to get things through to then they dropped me for a FALSE diagnosis noted by a negligent doctor put in my record, that had already been removed by several of that doctor's PAs. Kim Fowler dropped my case when I was a critical and DIRE needs client while refusing to file anything that was needed for me. I had 1 vocational report and hundreds of records. When I went to court I had 3 reports of full support, 50+ things listed, and everything for the judge. All I needed was a competent representative to help lay it all out. I wasted a year with this office which didn't plan to go to court with me and didn't pull any but a couple pages of records! I had no income and almost went homeless while waiting for help. Their service is unprofessional and neglectful.
