Ms. Dolagahan is a fine lawyer, she was with us every step of the way . We become her client while she was with Mrs. King; however, we tranfered with Ms. Dolagahan when she left that firm because she was the one we always spoke with and had the relationship with from the start. Attny T. Eileen Dolaghan is dirty. She included unverified and private health information on a "client" who is a serial filer and abuses the Bankruptcy system to avoid paying their outrageous debts, in an attempt to influence any one who reads it in their favor. This is on the PUBLICLY ACCESSED PACER WEBSITE. She submitted falsified information as well. If this isn't rectified soon, I am reporting her to the Florida Bar Association.

Ms. Dolaghan is an extremely knowledgeable attorney. She has helped us through this difficult time and process from day one. She listened to our situation, made suggestions, and then once we collectively made a choice on which way we needed to go she made things happen as quickly as possible. Eileen and her team at Dolaghan Law are the easiest people to work with. I had originally hired another Bankruptcy attorney, but things did not go well to say the least. Extremely dissatisfied.After paying 1600 dollars Mrs Dolaghan didn't even show up for the bankruptcy hearing .Ten minutes after the hearing was supposed to start the judge asked who we were waiting for and the bailiff replied Mrs Dolaghan.the judge actually said again! Finally one of Mrs dolaghans paralegals or assistants showed up.when my case came up I was answering all the questions by myself and getting grilled by the judge.maybe I misunderstood what an attorney was supposed to be there for.i guess I payed 1600 dollars to have the bankruptcy papers filled.

I'm believe in life there are people that come alone that are sent for a purpose and will make you better than what you are. Great attorney that makes a painful experience a lot easier

I just received a C7 discharge order. Eileen did a truly outstanding job throughout the nearly 3 years it took to plan and execute a complex strategy. Her knowledge and performance were truly impressive and achieved exactly the objective I wanted. Despite a couple of bumps and curve balls, I ended up even better off than expected and even now I am still in my home awaiting final developments; a considerable bonus in the bargain.
