I was looking to simply pay off my tickets(only had 3) and applicable fees, but Mr. Marees gave me very valuable information about how taking that approach is counterproductive.
I would have incurred a lot of points, and would've inadvertently put myself in a bad situation with my license, if not for him.
He resolved my issue swiftly, and with rather minimal effort on my part. And the fee is unbelievably reasonable. So worth it!
He has amazing staff with Brittany and Deborah, and I am going to refer this firm to everyone I know who could use it.

I had a great experience with Joseph & Marees. If you need a collection attorney in Florida, I highly recommend this firm. I hired them for a significant collection case since I am in California and the defendant was in Florida. It was a particularly challenging collection effort since the defendant was an attorney and had already dragged it out for a year and a half. Raymond Joseph was able to negotiate a great settlement which was paid promptly. Cases like this are very stressful and not only was Raymond extremely professional and effective, but was also a calm, reasonable advisor to keep me on point throughout the process : )

I wanted to write this review because I know that often reviews are written only when you have a bad experience and I surely didn't so I wanted them and you to know. I was concerned about my son getting a red light ticket and having to get the points removed. So I called Joseph and Marees, Brittney answered the phone and she was nice and helpful. She explained to me that red light tickets don't add points as long as you pay them on time. I was so relieved and she made me very happy to know that it was going to be alright and not to worry. Now I just need to get my son to not run red lights. Kids am I right?

I just called up to speak with the Joseph and Marees Jacksonville office as I was concerned about a citation I received and a subsequent interaction with the Clerk of Court in Duval County.
