Not trial attorney's they put zero pressure on the other attorney,I was forced in to settling do to the lack effort and defense

Horrible company please do not waste your time like I did. They are all confused and have no clue what they are doing. You are working with call center people and not an actual lawyer. They never answer the phones and will not keep update you on the status of your case. I've had different representatives take over my case due to high turnover. I really wished i would've reviewed the views on Yelp. The ones noted on google are just fakes ones to bring up their rating. My case has been going on sine 2017. they are only able to help you if you have tons of bills with chiropractors; they are only able to help you if you have leverage on your end. These people are not actual lawyers. Please utilize an actual lawyer and not a call center.

If you're looking for an office to drag their feet with your case then you've found your match! This law office never has proper communication with anyone not even each other. They don't seem to care about the claims unless they are large enough. No one keeps you updated on new information or progress about a case so you will end up babysitting and working your own case. Just use another law office and save yourself a headache.

My accident was right almost at three years. I must say this has been a long journey and I have spoken to several people at K&P. However, it wasn't until I called last August 2016 and was told that that Jose Hernandez was taking over my case. I thought to myself oh great! This is like the 6 person to have my case in 3 years. Jose Hernandez took time to listen to my concerns and assured me that he would have my case finished in 3 weeks. Jose's customer service and real conversation made me realize that I finally was talking to someone who not only understood my frustration but cared!! Jose Hernandez was a man of his word. He called me over the Labor day weekend to tell me he was finished with my case and sending me my final email. I thought WOW!!! If only I had spoken with him months ago. My first ever car accident ever & I was referred to KP by a close relative. My experience with them was excellent. Every time I called, if I didn't get through, they would keep me updated through an email. It took about a year and a few months before we were able to come up with a decent settlement & I can say that I am truly satisfied with the way everyone (Nana, Kevin, Raul, & Sophia) handled my case, especially with the amount I was granted. Something is better than nothing, & I am still alive.
