Very great attorney I had the pleasure of hiring Mr.Moffitt . We started off with a consultation he told me his upfront fee and begin to work on my case. I was labeled with 5 unknowingly driving license suspended within 5 years so I was on a 5 year revocation with one year no driving. I've been receiving a lot of unsolicited traffic lawyer ads in the mail. After some research, I eventually found out that I had been issued a traffic ticket in Duval County (6 hour drive from Miami-Dade) which is strange because I have never been to Duval County before. On my way home from visiting family and friends in Jacksonville last May I got a citation for speeding. The officer whom stopped me alleged that I was going exactly 30 miles over the speed limit which required a court appearance. I was panicked because I lived two hours from Jacksonville and I had no way to appear in court. I called many lawyers in the Jacksonville area. Most of the lawyers I called wanted charge me 300 to 400 dollars to take on this case. One lawyer even went as far as to try to scare me into retaining their services. It was by the grace of God that I found Phil and his law office. To say that my case was handled in a timely manner would be an understatement. My license was suspended because it took me a while to find Phil. The day after I retained his services I was able to walk into my local DMV and get my license reinstated. Simply outstanding. Fast response time. Very friendly and personable. And got my ticket dismissed. Speeding in a construction site (even though no workers were present ). I drive for a living so this was a big deal for me. Will always use them in the future for sure. And the cool thing, they string out your case long as possible so if you do end up with court costs, you have plenty of time to save if necessary. Great lawfirm.

I'm a holder of a class A CDL. I received a traffic citation for running a red light. The officer witnessed the infraction. Fine would have been $262.00 plus the points. Points on your driving record are not good for CDL holders. My employer also frowns upon them.

Adjudication was withheld, no points were accessed , no driving school. Court costs were the only thing I had to pay, and they were less than the citation!
