Edina Strum is an attorney at this firm. There used to be a number of decidedly negative reviews of Ms. Strum on the AVVO website. It’s interesting that they’ve disappeared. These terrible reviews were written by HER OWN clients. Just something to keep in mind if you need a divorce attorney.

I’m overwhelmed by how incredibly intelligent and compassion Kathleen and Randi are, they alleviated my stress and won my case and I truly will never be able to thank them enough!!! If you want the best, hire either one of these two and you won’t be sorry!
Kathleen McCarthy and her legal team are absolutely the best! Throughout the entire, grueling divorce proceedings I felt understood and protected. Kathleen and her team did an excellent job in making sure that the end settlement was one that I could accept wholeheartedly.
I was heartbroken that I was forced into this divorce but am ending up in a better place... of hope and freedom... than I ever expected. I credit Kathleen, Kayt and Debbie M. for this bright and hopeful outcome!

I have never written a review for public consumption. I have never been divorced. I called Kathleen McCarthy’s office to schedule an interview for me to decide if I wanted to hire her to represent me. I came to Kathleen McCarthy's office through a friend that just completed a divorce. Though my friend said she was pleased with her representation she is very bitter toward her ex. She acknowledged that she gave up way more than she needed. In order to schedule an appointment, i was told I must speak with the office administrator, Dawn. Dawn told me that it was Her, and only her, that gets to decided which attorney would represent me (i didn't even know there was more than one attorney in her office). I am not sure if attorneys work differently than other businesses. I thought I got to decide who I hire since I pay the bill. She told me she will decide which attorney i see only after a thorough background check for conflict of representation and that there is no “such thing as a free interview”. I reminded Dawn, twice that I never asked for a free interview. She completely ignored my comment on “free”. She informed me that she would get back with me on Monday, as Kathleen was out of town. That was two weeks ago. I still haven’t heard from Dawn.
