he gave me a discount to help me but, over all nothing has been signed by a judge. My soon to be ex wife agreed to equal time. I hired him about a year ago nothing has been signed by a judge yet. He basically told me at the that there nothing that can be done that facts such as the text messages i sent him about my ex not letting me see my children. i also sent him on may 26th a agreement my ex and agreed too have equal time. Every other week day after 4pm and every other weekend. but he is still working on it to get me something better, so i will update this on the result. My attorney last i spoke to told me to stop contacting my ex i still have not heard anything going on!!! I still have not seen or heard from my children this divorce is frustrating. He is a great person to waste your money and see nothing done. I am looking for a new attorney!!! He even had our agreements and still nothing!!! All I get are excuses and no results!!! you will see better results if you do everything your self. Since I last posted this. I won temporary full custody without this joke of an attorney. I honestly did a way better job of being my own attorney with out him. He also tried to black mail me into taking this post down and gave out information about me illegally. He shouldn't even be barred with the state.

I had an issue with child custody with my ex who moved out of state and had not seen my son for a while, at that point I knew I would need some legal advice. I looked around and this place caught my eye. I hired Jon and boy he and his Looooovely paralegals Jeanine and Saidi took care of business quick <3. Just make sure you do your homework like Mr Dorris says and tell them EVERYTHING, dont hesitate; they are Pros. They are the three musketeers with the sword of the law. My particular case was very messy but they cleaned it up good. I ended getting 50/50 in all aspects of parenting and everything. Like it should be equal rights for both parents. I hired John for a custody case. He was on top of everything he needed to know. Very knowledgeable in all aspects of my case. I was very impressed and was so happy with the outcome. My case went my way because of John. I couldn't have been more pleased with the quick responses when I had questions from the entire staff. Everyone was very friendly. I talked to him on the phone regarding a conviction of like to get set aside. I am looking for a lawyer to build a professional relationship with that I can use for years to come. So being kind is a big factor.
He basically told me I was an idiot for wanting a "do over" of something that happened ten years ago, and went on for 10 minutes about how that's so stupid of me to think I could actually change what had already happened. I mean, at 9am, I totally wasn't prepared for someone to ask me why when I was 17 I didn't hire a lawyer and fight the case then, and he literally said "you cant just demand a do over because you were young and stupid at the time".

Its 9 am. I didn't ask to be chewed out and belittled by someone I don't know this early and treated like an idiot. Very upset by this and I truly hope he was just having a bad morning or something.

If you are in need of John's services then your day probably sucks and I'm sorry you are reading this. I want to start off with a piece of advise, and John, if you are reading this, feel free to have clients call and ask me what happens when they don't take this piece of advise, that advise is to do what John tells you to do because he is the only level headed one that is thinking clearly and can really see the situation for what it is. I learned the hard way, and it ended up costing me a lot of time and money. Now let's talk about John, and Candace. He has a really good way of making you feel like everything is going to be ok, and then works to make sure that it is. I don't want to sit here and tell you how perfect he is, because truth is there were things I wish would have been done differently or better, but that is life, however, if I wasn't completely sold on the fact that John is a great lawyer I wouldn't take the time to write this. Candace on the other hand is perfect and you will love dealing with her! (Sorry John) With the two of them, it was a difficult course that I was able to navigate through, and although things weren't always going my way I knew that I had a strong committed team on my side. I would highly recommend that you use John and his team if you are dealing with issues, and that you be completely honest with him through the entire process allowing him to do his job with your best interests in mind.

I must say that I have been impressed from day one. John and Candice have both been very supportive and understand what it means to go through a divorce.
