I contacted this lawyer in regards to an appeal I am working on with the Veterans Affairs. He didn’t return my call yet replied with a short email with one sentence. When I replied to him he told me to go read his book that you can purchase on Amazon. I’m assuming that because I’m 90% service connected disabled, he wasn’t interested due to the lack of back-pay he would receive if I received 100%? I don’t know but it’s odd. Seems like he’s selling books and not doing much lawyering. Just wanted others to be aware. He will probably respond to this complaint Just like he has responded to other negative reviews and minimize his unprofessionalism. I’m trying to put our email conversation on this review but it won’t let me unfortunately.

Update: lawyer responded to my fathers email and stated that he responded to me about writing a letter if I pay 1500. I went back and looked at the email he sent to me and it’s in fine fine print with out explanation of whAt the letter is for. Why would I give him 1500 dollars if he wasn’t even willing to return a call or respond to me with more than one sentence. The unprofessionalism is shocking.

Never in the office. Lost my case, because he never follow up on dates! Dont hire him!!

I left a message using the form on his website as well as on his voicemail on Sunday November 20, 2016 expecting a response sometime at the beginning of the week. I didn't hear back. I called and left another message Wednesday morning. Late in the afternoon a woman called saying he was gone for the thanksgiving holiday and would call me back on Monday November 28. Here we are after closing on Tuesday November 29 and I still haven't heard back. Can't return a phone call? What are the chances he can win a case?! I'm disgusted by the overwhelming lack of professionalism!

Dr anise is OK but he did raise any objections in court it took Deborah Hansen to win my appeal. He still took 13000 from my settlement. And he was researching other cases while in court
