I had the misfortune of hiring a Mr. Gutierrez, who not only lost my case, he began actively ignoring calls from my family and myself immediately after. The only thing he actually seemed competent at, was negotiating absurd fees for services we later discovered to be freely provided through the course of the litigation process. If you're intent is to deal with an ACTUAL professional attorney, invest in your legal defense elsewhere.

I can't speak for the firm's other attorney's, but if you have a civil or criminal case pending, spend the extra money and effort in avoiding this guy, it'll be a challenge to find a worse advocate than him in Tucson.
