If no stars were a option I would have done that! I had Dawn Garcia prepare a druable POA and a medical POA for my elderly mother. She insisted that I bring my mother to the appointment and then she insisted on taking my mom alone to her office. My mother has Alzheimers but is still in the moderate stage, so she knows what she is doing, its just diffacult for her moment to moment to remember things. Anyway I let her go in alone. I joined them 10min later. I was worried my mom would get upset if asked questions over and over.Dawn drew up the documents and even notorized them. I paid her and we left. About a week later I took the Durable POA to the bank and they rejected it. I then called Dawn and she said it was the way my mom wanted it written and said this with attitude. I told her I needed it fixed and she was pissy. She also said she needed to see my mom again. I said that was not possible but maybe a phone call could happen. Anyway the call ended up being a voicemail from my mom. Dawn then emailed me the corrected POA. I went back to the bank and it was rejected again! At that point I went to another paralegal and she nailed it the first time and rewrote the medical POA. When I looked at the two side by side the one she wrote was definitely far inferior to the one I had done by Marty Beard! I am not happy I had to spend double the amount to get this done right! Obviously I cannot recommend Dawn Garcia and her Exceptional Document Preparation because it was far from exceptional!!
Dawn is the most honest, efficient, knowledgeable individual in her field that I have met in 20 years. So thankful our paths crossed. Exceptional says it all.
