Okay so I was not write this review but how this office works is a bad joke and people need to know. Just look at Francisco Torres review, it makes me mad that they just take money like that and do not even offer to return the money since nothing was done. Anyway, my sister had a consultation with this guy and he charged her twice as much than 3 other lawyer she spoke too. It clear this guy does not care about the people, so do not put your future in his hands. Please find someone that cares for your sake..

The reviews tell you everything. It was my mistake not to read them before hiring this guy. My 1st hearing no show because he had an emergency so his team shows up a 1 hour and half into the hearing and do not know anything about my case. 2nd hearing does not show up, I call his office 45 minutes into the hearing to see what is going on and he is in another hearing. I get a call back from his office that I can leave and he will talk to the court after. Okay, so I leave hoping he will start to make something happen and when I call a few days later everything is the same . So two hearings and no change no improvement in my case. There is more but the review will be way too long. I hired another lawyer that charged me half of what he was charging me. So I ended up paying or we can say giving 400.00 dollars to this goofball, he never did anything, did not even showed up to my hearings so we can say something else but I will leave as this.

He really didnt try to help me. It was all about the money to him. At the end I had to take a 10 year prison sentence. He had no fight.

Furthermore two and a half yrs go by, when i give my last payment, where I have not changed my plea of not guilty, when he comes up to me and says"if we go to trial you will lose because sleep walking is not a defense". Apparently it just dawned on him two and half yrs later. My back was up against the wall and he convinced me to change my plea. Otherwise he was not going to try anyway... He was backing out of it. Aside from the previous review being true, he's also a cheat.

He got the job done.. But I would not recommend him. His staff is very rude, & unprofessional except for Linda (she's the only reason he's getting a star). He's always late, shows no interest in the case. I would suggest to look around. Meet w/ others. I wish I had.
