Worst service ever. It's like they dont want new clients. The lady who attended us was not helpful at all. Met the lawyer great person but the problem is the first encounter.

I do not know where to even begin. It has been an nightmare trying to get help for my father and I thought I had finally found an answer. I was wrong. What at first appeared to be a helpful and caring lawyer turned out to be a huge disappointed and waste of money. First of all, they do not care to let you know when they plan on cancelling or not showing up to an appointment. I waited 30 minutes only to be told she was out sick. Really? Apparently, their time is important but yours isn’t. Also do not expect an apology it is not coming. Secondly, for about 200 dollars you'll be told " that you can call the number on your Medicare denial letter and appeal yourself". Well gee thanks! That had never occurred to me! Why even bother going to a lawyer then? Turns out you can do it yourself. After reviewing all the information this was all the help that we got. No further instructions or help with appealing. It may have been that perhaps she didn't want to work with us or perhaps we had upset her in some way. But I would hope that as a professional she would at least refer us elsewhere or tell us if we had offended her in any way instead of leading us along and being so blatantly rude. She more than anyone should know how difficult it is for families looking for answers with resources already scarce and financially struggling. I truly hope others don't have to go through what we did and walk away empty handed and with hopes shattered. I wouldn't wish these struggles on anyone.
