Worst lawyer in business. Be prepared to hear how for years his computer STILL doesn’t work so any questions I have he won’t have ANY ANSWERS. U would think due to his age and years of experience u would EXPECT him to know the law in and out but of course his age just disables him to be able to have knowledge updated equipment and resources needed to do his job. If it’s not 8am-12pm where he can say he’s in court he will be on vacation to Some extent so of course no questions can be answered. We have been to court for last year for a traffic ticket because of a Subpar Attorney. Any reason to NOT HAVE ANY ANSWERS ABOUT YOUR CASE UNTIL YOUR COURT APPOINTMENT IN WHICH U WONT KNOW WHATS GOING IN BECAUSE AT THAT TIME HE WONT TALK TO U UNTIL AFTER COURT SO WHEN RETAINING MR WEAVER BE WARNED NO MATTER IF RETAINER IS PAID IN FULL U WILL GET THE BARE MINIMUM SO BASED OFF MY EXPERIENCE W HAVING TO HIRE A OUT OF STATE LAWYER TO TELL HIM HOW TO PLEAD THE CASE..... some people should retire earlier than AGE recommended. Only sharing my experience the Choice is Yours Choose wisely cause I sure didn’t.
This guy might be vet like me and have experience but me and my fiance were completely dissatisfied with his work. If your looking for good representation this guy is not worth your time or money. He is good at taking your money but worthless at doing his job!! He was disrespectful to my fiance and did not fight for her rights as a mother. period. We do not recommend him to no one.
