We had a pleasant and wonderful experience using Pink Sign for our estate. The team worked very hard and made our sale GREAT! First class team and company. They did an excellent job and we were paid right after the sale. I recommend this company to anyone on the DFW area.

Large crowd on Friday evening. Be sure to make reservations. Attentive wait staff. Good choice for an enjoyable evening and meal.

Do not use Pink Sign Estate Sales. We decided to do it and what a mistake. Our sale began on a bad note when the older owner of the business flew off the handle while pricing items for the sale, calling my husband a liar and walking off the property. We sold several big ticket items including a Ranger ATV,  2 zero turn mowers, a generator, none of which were accounted for. The commission jumped from 35% to 45% without discussion. Our check did not arrive until a full 45 days after the sale ended despite numerous requests for settlement. The owners of this company were rude and dodged questions when directly asked. We chose them because the reviews were consistantly good and we had attended many of their sales. Instead of caring professionals we feel like we were prey to greedy predators. They took advantage of us and we were not grieving the loss of a loved one as so many of their clients are. Beware of people who take advantage of their customers when the are vulnerable.

I DO NOT recommend Pink Sign estate sales!!!!!Cayuga estate sale on hwy 287, 7/12/2019. Older Male person taking money was extremely rude making loud derogatory comments about potential customers to any who would listen. I asked the price of a flag, he said 5.00, I said I was thinking 2.00. He became loud, jerked the flag back, and said now I’m going to put the real price on it. I said ok, and walked away. From inside the house I could hear him talking about me for awhile to other employees as well as customers. I stepped to the door and asked him if it really offended him that badly that I offered 2.00 for the flag. He again started yelling at me that “You weren’t happy with the 5.00 I told you so you said 2, what do you think we are doing here.” I told him I thought he was selling. He continued being loud, snide, and rude to the point that 2 other ladies inside the house looked at me & said that there was no excuse for his behavior or the way he was talking to me. I then decided to walk away from the pile of items I had picked out & told my husband it was time to go. When I told him what had happened, he said that there was no way we would spend money there after being treated that way. Normally, at estate sales, we spend between 100.00 to 500.00. I will NEVER spend another dime nor will I go to a Pink sign estate sale.
