Have tried to reach someone within the office for months, no return phone calls and when you go to the office, the gates are locked and it is closed with no apparent reason as to why. I could see if my family was trying to have new services rendered but Loy, is the one handling our family business. Very disappointed with the lack of professionalism. Clients should not be on the back burner due to a work overload because the firm has decided to downsize on the help. I'm ready to sit my family down and find a firm that can fulfill our needs.
