Mr Watts was named executor of my Mom's will after her passing. Everything went smoothly. The problem that my family had was when the probate was finished. After he was paid and it closed we had a question regarding the deeds to our property ( i.e. when would the deeds be issued or would we need to file ourselves; would he require further payment to do so). My family called repeatedly and no one at the office ever answered our messages or called us back over the last month period.
