Waited over a year for them to finish a simple slip and fall case. Never call back when they say they would. I can never get any clear information about my case from lady at front desk, The doctors they sent me to were the wrong ones according to the doctors, I am still in pain from accident, but had to stop seeing doctor, because he wasn't specialized in what I injured. Lawyer was kind and did explain my case clearly, but was never informed it would take this long for a case that was said to be pretty much open and shut.
