Very professional

I was referred by family to go and talk to them about a situation concerning my son. When I arrived, I was greeted by Mrs. Ashley. She was a sweetheart!!!! As I began telling her what my son was up against she invited me on back to her office to finish talking. She gave me her full attention.!!!!! Even when the secretary would tell her she had a phone call, she would tell her to tell them to call back in about an hour because she was with a client. She made me feel very comfortable, not rushed and most importantly, I WAS BEING HEARD!!!! I'm one of those kind of folks that I have to go around my elbow to get to my big toe giving EVERY SINGLE detail before getting to the MAIN POINT which leaves me feeling like others wished I would just HURRY UP and get to the POINT!!! Lol.. But I didnt feel that way with Mrs. Ashley!!! I was a mother scared to death about my sons future and couldnt hold back the tears at times while I was explaining to her about my son's situation!! Then when I was done she told me that Attorney Mr.Frank could take our case and it was gonna cost X amount of dollars!! Then not being able to control my tears while explaining mine and my son's financial situation and telling her that there was NO WAY we could come up with that kind of money but I was a DETERMINED MOTHER that WOULD DO WHATEVER it took to try and come up with the money. Even if it meant the me and my son had to sell some of our personal property but we would figure something out!!!! She then told me that she wanted to help us and so she went DOWN on the price and asked if that would help us any and ALL I could do was cry with GRATITUDE!!!!!! It was like FINALLY someone with a HEART!!!! So I told her yes but it still may take us a day or 2 and we will be back with the money..And so that's what we did!! When we went back to pay them, we were still a few $100 short and I told her that we understand that she done us a favor and we dont expect NO HANDOUTS but it was gonna STILL TAKE A LITTLE MORE TIME to get the rest of the money up and she told us to not worry about it because she could set us up a payment plan for the rest!! Again, I couldnt hold back the tears because I just couldnt believe that thier are still some people out there that still has a heart and is willing to HELP!!! So we hired them and I felt safe to place MY SON'S FUTURE INTO THIER HANDS!!!! Then before we left she even typed out a professional letter for us to hand deliver to our CURRENT LAWYER (at that time) to let him know that we appreciated him for helping us but we were FIRING HIM and that Mr.Frank was representing my son now..On the 1st day I walked into thier office, I was a nervous wreck and feeling like I had 100 pounds on my shoulders but when I walked out of there on that 2nd visit I felt like all that weight had been lifted off my shoulders!!!! Since my son's case has not been to court yet, I can't tell you anything about the Attorney Mr Frank or HOW HARD he WILL FIGHT to win your case in the courtroom just yet!!(I've had the privilege of witnessing another lawyer go to war and fight for his clients kinda like you see on tv..lol..he blew me away!! But his prices were way way more above what we could handle!!)But with that being said, so far me and my son are so GRATEFUL for this law firm!!! They haven't done us wrong yet!! They have been nothing but GOOD TO US!!!!
So yes, at this time, I would recommend anyone to use them..
