Hiring a lawyer is never fun. So glad Jeff represented me. Five stars.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about my experience with Jeff Arnold. He spent a lot of time with my case and was VERY honest with me in the results that I may be facing. His approach can be very straight-forward, but it's what I needed. I had to move my case from another attorney who was only trying to make me feel good versus telling me the truth about what needed to be done. That's what you want in an attorney. I was shocked to log in and see the other review because my case was handled with the upmost professionalism and respect. I received the results I wanted and would not hesitate to return to him.

i called this so called jeff arnold guy all i stated was iv tried to contact him for 4 weeks cuase the number my real estate company gave me would never get a machine or answer he thought that me saying iv been trying to contact him for 4 weeks was me having a huge attitude when really i was just trying to explain and in reality was a great relief . he then said you better relize who i am buddy and started stating how he is a big hot shot lawyer as i was in complete shock and kept repeating by name over 40 times he then asked me all in this one big blabber how long have you been doing law and all i said was that has nothing to do with anything and that i was just saying i just was trying to get a hold of this guy for weeks which i have in call logs then he goes do you know who your dealing with i stated no i dont really care i said im a service member and i was told to call you and he kept stating i do law practice i said well you can practice law right now becuase of what i do as a career which i ment no harm all i was saying is their is no need to be freaking out and being rude then he goes on a huge rant of his service time and his son which had nothing to do with anything then i decided to ask why are you acting like a crazy person he response was he was all moody cuase i said i was trying to contact him for 4 weeks which i have been and i was like ok lets just restart he sayd ok ok ok mr black 5 times with a mocking sound which made me laugh he kept saying drive on buddy drive on hahah i would give him 0 for stars but whith his attitude he needs the one star .. would not recomend this guy to anyone. you might as well repersent your self. he told me i could of googled him after 4 hours i found the small law firm . its a shame that this law firm supports a real estate company ( holtzmon) which steals and hurts military service member wouldnt been suprised if their isnt a deal with them under the table just read the holtzmons reveiws by renters not the house owners or ask off post housing of fort stewart for thre facts of all this dont be smoke screened by the lied and fake mirrors.

I do not think he is go use for any service members .

This man is very unprofessional. I listened as he screams at my husband on the phone saying bring it on buddy. And my husband was just calling to dispute things from his real estate company!! I would never hire him or use him because he threw his miitary service in my husbands face and that his son did 3 years in combat talking down to us and he knows absoulty nothing about my husband. LOL how embarassing your gonna do that. I have proof of everything you said and my aunt and uncles listened thats served WAYYY longer than you buddy. Nice way to make us laugh and smear your own name. NOW if you could call us back so we can handle this professionally we wouldnt have a problem. If not we may need to get other people involved which we didnt want to.

My dealings with the company representative I had were not very good. Literally did not follow a contract they had written and failed to deliver documents to me as required by their contract.

Mr. Arnold has always been very nice and personable. He has been very helpful in giving great advice. Very professional and handles issues promptly. We truly appreciate his team.
