The firm the partner Erika Kavicky, the paralegal Angela Turnbow...GREAT suit was settled within a five month period just as Erika said it would.

The attorney I was assigned, a different story, though he was their top attorney he failed to build any type of repoire with me and instead acted as though he was doing a favor for me rather than my being a paying client. Kyle Fellenz may perhaps build better repoires with others...I hope because the firm overall is a good firm.

I was having a reoccurring problem with my vehicle that the dealer couldn't seem to fix and when I contacted the manufacturer they were not willing to help me at all, so I contacted the Bickel law firm. Jesse Siebers greeted me and took in the related paperwork, he was a very pleasant and cordial, Brian Kline evaluated my case, these guys know their stuff as I tried to push them into taking the case before they felt it was time and they offered to get me to another attorney who would try the case differently, this showed me 2 things, 1 they have confidence in the cases they are going to take and 2 they are not desperate to take cases without merit. Brian Cline evaluated the case and let us know what to do and how to document our troubles and he also told us when we had crossed the threshold from a weak case to a strong case. Once that threshold was crossed Eric Young handled negotiations with opposing council and did a fantastic job keeping us in the loop with all the negotiations. This law firm knows what they are doing and will tell you honestly whether you have a case or not. I highly recommend that you give them a try.
