I hired Victor for my divorce. Divorce is one of the hardest things anyone could do and Victor was very helpful in all aspect of the trial. I hired a law firm to prepare a QDRO to divide my ex's pension. When my ex refused to sign it, the law firm I hired said I should hire another law firm to get a court order to have my husband sign the QDRO. So, I called Mr. Mordey who agreed to prepare the QDRO AND make sure that my ex signed it. The problem with the first law firm I hired was that they only prepared the QDRO. But they would not do anything for me if my ex would not sign it. Mr.Mordey provided full-service by seeing my case thru from the start to finish by preparing the QDRO and making sure it got signed. I had an overall pleasant experience and would recommend him.

Worst lawyer. Always was against the client never tries to help. Gives the worst advice. Please seek another lawyer if your in a custody dispute. He is always negative and unhelpful. I never thought mister morday was a fraud . I looked him up helping my aunt because she was looking for a lawyer, and I saw the previous 5 good reviews. I told her he sounds good. all he did was take her money and did nothing for her. a month after hireing him we went to court because she had questions about her court days, only to find out that mister Morday never filled out a paper (SUBTITUTION OF ATTORNEY) to be her lawyer. so I highly recommend you to hire a lawyer, whom you know has already helped someone you know. because he is a very dishonest person!.
