I am a recovering alcoholic who had dui arrests. Mr. Mcglinn is one of the best attorneys I have ever seen. He won two motion to suppress hearings dismissing two dui arrests entirely. He won 1 DMV hearing outright (almost impossible to do ) and won the second on appeal . As a criminal lawyer he will leave no stone unturned. If there is anything wrong with the arrest,lack of probable cause,labwork,improper paperwork, he will find it. I referred a friend he had their case dismissed too. The officer said the windows were tinted which they were not. Mr. Mcglinn proved the officers statements were incorrect,the judge dismissed. I would have lost my job and gone to jail if not for the Mcglinns . Whole family are attorneys 3 for the price of one !!!!
