I met Mr. Jung at the lowest point in my life. I was out on bail, in financial ruin, and had just been discharged from the Navy. As a new attorney I witness Adam Hepburn get a not guilty for a client who who was charged with prostitution at a Massage establishment. His client was adamant she never offered an undercover officer sex. There was audio in the case that was “hard to hear.” Adam found a company to repair it and presented it to the jury. Adam spent hours with his client who was terrified she would lose her license. Luckily, she had Adam on her side.

Mike Hernandez is one of the most creative atttorneys you will meet. He really thinks outside the box. I witnessed him get a not guilty in a DUI. His client was charged with a DUI after hitting a horse. The officer responded to his clients home an hour or so after the accident. The client had been drinking after the accident. The District Attorney believed that the client was drunk prior to the accident. On the face of the police report— the “facts” looked bad. However, Mike in his closing argument provided persuasive examples of how in everyday life we do things becuse they are accidents, not becuse of intoxication. At the end of the trial, the jurors stayed behind to let Mike know just how good his closing was.

Finally, but not least Elliot Jung. Elliot is detail oriented and meticulous. His pre-trial motions cause headaches amongst the judge and opposing counsel. His cross examinations have literally flustered District atrorneys. I witnessed Elliot cross examine an officer so effectively during a trial, that the District Attorney stood up in a flustered state and violated a pre-trial motion. Result? Mistrial motion granted. Wow... I am so so impressed by Elliot and Adam. I was chosen for Jury Duty on a case that Elliot and Adam were on, and I was in awe of them both throughout the trial. I was in a traumatic collision in 2016 and the other driver’s insurance made it their mission to make my life as difficult as possible for the last two and a half years. I was at a complete stop, waiting for a green light one day when a big Jeep swerved into the driver’s side of my car at speeds well above the limit.
