I would not believe one of these reviews. This attorney is by far the worst I have ever hired and the most expensive. Vikas Bajaj paints a picture that he is a great lawyer and he will work in your best interests. He has Poor communication. Vikas never returns my phone calls his secretary is the only one who will get back to me in regards to my case. I feel like Viaks looks out for the city's best interest. Please beware of these reviews because at least with me he was not as good as he portrays himself to be. BEYOND DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!1

I got arrested at a DUI checkpoint for driving under the influence and had no idea how to go about the situation. At the checkpoint, I felt dead sober and willingly chose to blow into a breathalyzer, I had a .09, .08, and then a .10... in that order. The .10 was my decided BAC by the officers and I was shocked. I could not believe that I had that amount in my system. After calling multiple lawyers, which my friends suggested I do, I found Mr. Bajaj... Which ironically was through another friend that had gone through a similar situation as me. Immediately upon talking to him on the phone, I knew this was the lawyer for me. He asked questions about my case over the phone and did not require me to come in for a consultation. He told me what he thought about my case, gave me a flat fee for his services, and told my to take my time choosing a lawyer because the decision is up to me. I liked that he had a flat rate fee for the case because it made him appear more legitimate than the other lawyers I talked to who sounded like sketchy car dealerships trying to fluctuate the rate to make me choose them. I also liked that he gave me time to choose him without any pressure. I went to his office the next day where I met him in person and paid for his services about 20 minutes later. He was so personable, professional, and made you feel confident with your decision before signing the paperwork. A couple months later he reduced my charge of a DUI down to a Wet Reckless. He changed my life and I will forever be grateful for everything he did for me. Firstly, I would say "professional" to describe the Law office's of Vikas Bajaj. Mr Bajaj and Mr Blair were extremely competent regarding my case. I located this Law Firm through reviews on the web. They were easy to contact and listened intently as I described my case to them. A meeting was scheduled and they walked me through the steps of my case from A to Z. I was informed of the courts timeline, possible punishments and the end state that the Law Firm would seek to provide. In addition to being very accommodating during my time of need, they provided me with educated, honest and well articulated answers to all my questions. Throughout the entire process I was able to contact the firm at anytime. They kept regular contact with me and stood by my side at all times. I committed a crime of moral turpitude, non-violent but still it was against good judgement and community morals.
