So far I've found Rob to be available, understanding and knowledgeable about what I'm dealing with physically that I never knew is attributed to a medication I took for years. I'm glad to finally know the cause and angry that big pharma put profit over my quality of life. I'm hoping the firm can get justice for us.

At first, these people were gung ho to handle my claim for the IVC filter I had in place. The attorney burned up my phone about tests I needed and the acquisition of medical documents. I had all the required tests and went to epic amounts of trouble to get all the requested information. Then I was informed that they were putting my case on "hold" and would get back to me. I haven't heard a word in close to a year.

I filled an authorization form for medical records which requires my social amd haven't heard from them sense. Omce they update me amd reassure me I wasn't scammed my 1 star will go up. But if I find out my id is now stolen I will ne contacting to proper authorities or even an attorney. I no longer feel safe. 2nd possible scam this month

The caseworker was very informative, and helpful. He was able to answer all of our questions that we needed answered. Very pleasant and easy to speak to regarding this issue. Your firm returned our call releatively quickly, and then said they would call back on a certain day, and they did exactly as they said they would. I appreciated this.

I initially contacted this group about my recalled breast implants. Traci, called me and asked a lot of questions to which she did not even let me answer most... She was irritated and annoyed. Sorry breast cancer is annoying isn't it . Furthermore, she was heartless, and everything she said to me was dripping with distain. Needless to say I will not be going with this law firm. They need a lesson in caring, compassion and verbal skills.
