I normally don't write good reviews because I feel like I am helping someone get business which I am not getting compensated for and I do expect for people to do their job. I will write bad reviews if someone or a business was really bad and I want others to know. However, in this case, I have to write something. My wife and I found ourselves in a financial hole and through our insurance, found Ms. Chen. Simply put, she made the process transparent and efficient. I have to also give props to her assistant Rhea. I probably should not say this, but it does not hurt that they are both pretty ladies (smile).
